By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise clearly stated, all products sold by 1982'StoreGuide are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

Product details, including file format, page count, dimensions, software requirements, permitted use, and included files, are described on each product page. Please review this information before purchasing.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, and payment-provider charges may vary depending on your location and payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when fraud, payment errors, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms are reasonably suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount.

  1. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are normally made available after payment has been confirmed. Delivery may occur through the checkout confirmation page, order status page, email, or a digital-download service.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to the email account used for your order.

  1. REFUNDS

Refunds and remedies are governed by our Digital Product Refund Policy.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after a product has been successfully delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

This does not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to the license stated on the product page and in our License Terms.

Unless a product explicitly includes commercial-use rights, all products are licensed for personal use only.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, resale rights, private label rights, or master resell rights.

You may not:

• Upload our files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, membership platforms, or public databases
