These License Terms apply to digital products purchased from 1982'StoreGuide.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a product, you agree to these License Terms.
PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Unless the applicable product page explicitly states otherwise, your purchase includes a personal-use license only.
A personal-use license allows the original purchaser to:
• Download and save the product on personal devices
• Print reasonable copies for personal or household use
• Complete worksheets and exercises for personal learning
• Import a compatible file into Canva or similar software for personal use when technically possible
• Create a personal backup copy
SINGLE-CLASSROOM LICENSE
A Single-Classroom License is available only when it is specifically offered and selected on the applicable product page.
A Single-Classroom License permits one purchasing teacher or educator to:
• Use the product personally and for lesson preparation
• Print worksheets, activities, and permitted pages for one class of up to 35 currently enrolled students
• Reuse the printed materials with that teacher’s future classes
• Display pages during an in-person lesson
• Upload individual worksheets to a password-protected learning platform accessible only to students in the licensed class
A Single-Classroom License does not permit the purchaser to:
• Share the original PDF, Canva link, editable file, or download link with students, parents, colleagues, or other teachers
• Upload the complete product to Google Drive, Dropbox, a school server, public website, social media platform, or unrestricted learning-management system
• Use the product across multiple classrooms, teachers, campuses, schools, tutoring centers, or organizations
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, modify, translate, publish, or use the product to create another product
• Remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or ownership information
• Claim the product or its contents as their own work
The license is granted to the individual purchaser and is not transferable.
MULTI-CLASSROOM AND SCHOOL USE
Use by more than one teacher, more than one classroom, or more than 35 students requires a separate Multi-Classroom or School License.

OWNERSHIP
Your purchase grants permission to use the product. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, resale rights, private label rights, or master resell rights.
All rights not expressly granted remain with 1982'StoreGuide or the applicable rights holder.
YOU MAY NOT
• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original or modified files
• Upload files to Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, marketplaces, membership websites, social-media groups, or other locations for access by other people
• Sell printed copies or products made from the files
• Use the files as templates, lead magnets, bonuses, course materials, client materials, or business resources
• Claim the content, design, writing, artwork, or layout as your own
• Remove ownership, copyright, licensing, or identification notices
• Include the files in another digital or physical product
• Use the product for print-on-demand
• Use the product for private label rights, master resell rights, or sublicensing
• Use the product to train, develop, or populate commercial datasets or generative systems
• Share a purchase among multiple households, businesses, classrooms, teams, or organizations
CANVA AND EDITABLE FILES
When an editable Canva file is included, you may customize it for the permitted use stated on the product page.
Access to an editable file does not grant permission to share the Canva template link, resell the edited design, redistribute its components, or create competing templates or products.
CLASSROOM, CLIENT, AND BUSINESS USE
Classroom, client, organizational, and commercial use is not included unless the product page expressly states that such use is permitted or you receive written permission from 1982'StoreGuide.

LICENSE TERMINATION
This license automatically terminates if you violate these terms. After termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession or control.
REFUNDS
Receiving a refund does not grant continued permission to retain, use, share, copy, distribute, or resell the refunded product.
